She works out so much tension and is able to find all the tender spots but address them without pain. The customization and variety of techniques available is outstanding. They even customize the scent of the oil. They also recommended a CBD cream that I purchased and am extremely satisfied with. The office will put you on a waitlist and then call you in order when there are cancellations. This is how I got my initial appointments but now that I'm a regular, they let me schedule out for the year. I cannot recommend PCCHH enough! They are a critical part of treatment team.

I have not felt this relaxed...and limber...in a very long time. My therapist listened to what I might need, and got rid of all the tension and knots, relieved some stiffness in my hands, and made me feel so relaxed.

Beth is the most skilled, amazing masseuse I've ever had. Her massage is far superior to a triple-the-price massage at expensive resorts like Nemacolin. I also love the environment you've created at PCCHH. It's incredibly peaceful, calming and quiet and if you didn't know it, you would never guess that you were in a building overlooking busy South Braddock Avenue.
